Counseling sessions are conducted online (Zoom, Google Meets), at Nõmme Tervisekliinik in Tallinn (Õie St 37), or, for work-related challenges, at your workplace.
First Meeting. In the first session, we assess your situation, goals, and coping strategies. We also discuss expectations, select suitable methods, and draft an initial action plan. Sometimes, one session is sufficient.
Continuing sessions according to need. Sometimes, one session is enough to spark meaningful change, and sometimes more are needed. As we all know, change doesn’t happen overnight, it requires conscious action. Together, we’ll agree on the next steps for our work.
In our first session, we’ll map out your current situation, goals, and coping strategies so far. We’ll also discuss expectations, choose suitable methods, and create an initial action plan. Sometimes, one session is all you need.
