Hello! I'm Liis. Psychologist, trainer and interim change manager.

My passion is to help individuals, leaders, and teams understand and navigate change—so they can feel more fulfilled, collaborate more effectively, and achieve the results that matter.

As a practitioner, I love evidence-based methods—but I always test them on myself first to make sure I understand how they truly work in real-life work and personal situations.

For the past four years, I’ve worked as a trainer and consultant with various organisations across Estonia and the Baltic. Before that, I spent over a decade in the HR field—building open, results-driven teams and supporting leaders in their development. Alongside this, I’ve also provided individual counselling, drawing on tools from positive psychology, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and family therapy.

I strongly believe in the power of honest, open communication and collaboration, but I also know that it takes real behavioural change and skill-building to get there. That’s why my trainings focus on the practical skills that strengthen mental resilience and make meaningful teamwork possible.

Approach

It is important to strike a balance between a science-based approach and testing practical solutions. I use behavioural science best practices to help people and organisations adapt to change, prevent burnout and be mentally resilient. Small changes lead to big actions.

No magic fix will change your life overnight. The real change comes from you, through small, consistent steps in both work and personal life that gradually lead to something bigger.
