“A good training is practical, engaging, and inspires real change.”

My trainings aren’t just lectures or slide presentations—they’re practical, playful, and grounded in real life. Each workshop is designed so participants can immediately connect what they learn to their everyday work. We dive into group discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-life case studies to explore and solve challenges together.
Every training is co-created with the client to balance theory and practice. Participants don’t just listen to ideas or look at slides—they actively apply what they learn to their real-life work. Through hands-on exercises, they get to try out new approaches, test different communication strategies, and receive immediate, practical feedback that actually makes a difference.
The trainings are suitable for leaders, teams, and entire organisations, small and big, and can be delivered in Estonian or English, on-site or online.
We focus on the participants’ own challenges and the changes they want to make.
In the training, we focus on the topics that truly matter to the company, the team, and each participant.
Discussions and reflections
Matter more than theory — new knowledge is immediately linked to participants’ own experiences, turning it into practical, applicable skills.
Hands-on Exercises & Real-life Simulations
Trainings offer a safe space to experiment with new approaches before taking them into the real world.
Topics I work with in trainings and consultations

I deliver trainings and collaborate in both Estonian and English, using a variety of formats—such as 1:1 consultations, half-day workshops, lectures, internal seminar facilitation, and interim roles within organisations.
Kuna iga meeskond ja olukord on erinev, selgub sobivaim formaat ja sisu koostöövestluse käigus.
