Hello! I offer trainings, consultations, and counselling
I help companies, teams, and individuals navigate change more effectively. As a trainer and an interim manager, I work at the intersection of psychology, organisational culture, and change management. My focus is on strengthening relationships at work and building clarity so that change becomes successful, not just a plan on paper. I use science-backed psychology, systemic understanding of change, and hands-on, practical exercises.
I step in as a trainer, interim manager, and psychologist when...
A team needs more clarity, accountability, or trust.
Tensions exist within the team, but people don’t know how (or don’t dare) to talk about them.
The organisation is going through critical change or rapid growth.
The company wants to create, refresh, or embed its values in everyday work.
Employees are exhausted, approaching burnout, or just not quite themselves.
I work with managers, teams, and entire organisations. As a psychologist, I always begin at the level of the individual and their relationships, because meaningful change starts there.
