I help companies, teams, and individuals navigate change more effectively. As a trainer and an interim manager, I work at the intersection of psychology, organisational culture, and change management. My focus is on strengthening relationships at work and building clarity so that change becomes successful, not just a plan on paper. I use science-backed psychology, systemic understanding of change, and hands-on, practical exercises.

I work with managers, teams, and entire organisations. As a psychologist, I always begin at the level of the individual and their relationships, because meaningful change starts there.

Experience

10+ years in the field of human resources management (Circle K Estonia, Proekspert, Creditstar, Euronics). 5+ years as an in-house trainer. 4+ years as a consultant and trainer in Estonian and Baltic organisations. 5+ years as a psychologist.

Methods of Counselling Psychology (Master of Arts in Psychology 2008, TUT). Motivational Interviewing Tactics (EMITA). Executive Coaching (EBS). Group Leadership and Sociometry (Moreno School of Psychodrama). DiSC Methods Certificate (Thomas Baltics, Wiley). Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (EKKA). Change management certificate and methods (Prosci, Kotter). Level I competence in family therapy.

Approach

It is important to strike a balance between a science-based approach and testing practical solutions. I use behavioural science best practices to help people and organisations adapt to change, prevent burnout and be mentally resilient. Small changes lead to big actions.
